Hi, I’m Tina — Army veteran, mom of six, grandma of three, homeschooler, and someone who genuinely loves this mountain we call home.

I started Lake Arrowhead Vacation Concierge because I know what it feels like to drive up the mountain after a long week, tired and just wanting to walk into a home that’s ready for you — not a to-do list. You’re not just vacation home owners passing through; you’re part-time members of this community, and you deserve to feel that sense of belonging every single time you arrive. I built this business to make sure you do.

I’ve raised a big family, served my country, and spent years learning that the best kind of care is the kind that pays attention to the little things — the ones that make a house feel like your place again. That’s the same care I bring to every home I prepare, whether it’s a quick refresh or a full luxury arrival.

Our mountain communities have a way of feeling like small towns even when they stretch across the range, and I like it that way. I know a lot of the families up here, I shop at the same markets you do, and I believe in building relationships, not just transactions.
